At church last week, a story was told about a preacher who had decided to add on an orchestra pit to his churches new sanctuary. I guess he’d expected an orchestra to find its way to him by the time it was done but, unfortunately, by the time it was complete, there was no one to play in it. Inhabits the Praises
While at church last night, someone quoted Psalms 22:3 where it says that God “inhabits the praises of His people”. Immeadiately, I had this picture flood my mind: it was of people worshipping and as they did so, a city was being constructed above them.
It was if they were all architects of a spiritual city up-above. The more the praised, the more the city grew until it was a skyline...
